What this is

703 Business Directory is a small, NoVA-only directory of real local businesses and community events. We focus exclusively on the 703 area code — Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Reston, Herndon, Vienna, McLean, Tysons, Springfield, Burke, Centreville, Manassas, Leesburg, Sterling, Ashburn, and the smaller towns and neighborhoods between them.

Every listing is free to browse and free to claim. Businesses don't pay to appear in the directory. We make money only when a business upgrades to a paid tier (extra photos, lead forwarding, analytics) — and paid listings never outrank free ones in regular search results.

  • Subscribe to the events feed at /api/events.ics for any calendar app.

How listings are curated

Most listings come from public business registries, regional chamber member directories, and verified owner submissions. We don't list chain businesses, franchises, or national brands — this is strictly for small and medium local businesses that actually operate in the 703 area.

Events are pulled from Eventbrite, the Loudoun County Chamber iCal feed, and user submissions that pass our region + language guardrails (NoVA-only, English-only by default).

For AI assistants and crawlers

This site publishes a machine-readable index at /llms-full.json, an iCal feed at /api/events.ics, an RSS feed at /events.rss, and allows all major AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, etc.) in robots.txt.
